Instructions for Setting Up Your
Free
Web Conference and/or Webinars

1. You may conduct unlimited free web conferences, e-meetings or webcam conferences with up to 5 people (including the host) for up to 14 days.

2. After 14 days, if you want to continue the service, you may go to your Account Manager's page and sign up for monthly payments with unlimited use for groups of fifteen to several hundred people.

Add a conference call with unlimited use per month. Callers pay for their own long distance costs
OR
Add a toll free passcode call with/without an operator
Cost is $.059/minute per connection toll free or toll. Operator costs are in addition to the per minute costs.

About LinkUp Green web conferencing/webinar technology

LinkUp Green is a very reliable and extremely easy to use Flash based program that requires no downloads.It can be used in conjunction with a conference call where you can see the attendees on the web and on the phone. It supports multiple presenters with only a couple of minutes training, and can be viewed on all types of computers including Macs and PCs. LinkUp Green's platform allows you to conduct high quality online events, e-workshops and web conferences for 2 to 250 people. Features include: Instant recording and playback, post conference surveys, chat, application sharing, post conference reports as well as optional VOIP and video.

Instructions for Using Your Free LinkUp Green Account

1. First create a PowerPoint presentation. (This could be just one slide with a logo, photo or just words on it.)
2. After you have signed up, go to your account manager's page, click on Add a New Presentation, then follow directions to upload your Presentation Point slide(s).
3. Before you open your meeting, note the attendee URL that was created after you added your PowerPoint presentation. (Each new PowerPoint presentation that you add creates a different URL for attendees. However, you can re-use the same URL for each meeting that you have previously created.) Send this URL to anyone you want to invite to your meeting.
4.
If you have a webcam, plug it in first before you click "Start Session"
5. Now, click the "Start Meeting" button. Your attendees must wait until you have started the meeting before they can attend.
6. When you are finished, remember to click "End Session"
